seriously, you could try an evolve bolt, or check pbnation (dye section), there are all sorts of "ghetto" mods that are supposed to increase efficiency over the stock bolt.

ps... or buy a 115/3000psi tank.
You should be able to get 4 and a hopper if you have a 4500psi tank. You may want to adjust some things to tweak it though. How many shots do you get now?
Clean and lube the bolt. Not a lot of lube, just enough to cover the bolt in a grease film. Most people actually use too much lube. Not that you can "hurt" anything, you just get better performance with the right amount.
You can do the top hat mod pretty easily. It's just a few wraps of tape or a short piece of hose that covers a large part of the smaller diameter section of the top hat. The only purpose is to create a smaller chamber for the air. You will have to adjust your reg and LPR a little after this mod is in.
Turn UP your LPR. Everybody is all about using the lowest possible pressure on the bolt. I kinda think it's BS cause most people don't really know why they're doing it in the first place. I normally run mine at a higher than normal LPR because it's more efficient. But keep in mind that winter is coming and the efficiency benefits of a higher LPR may be outweighed by the benefits of a more gentle bolt on brittle paint.
Adjust your dwell to a lower setting. Again, you may have to play around with the LPR as you do this but you might be able to save a little air with a lower dwell. I think stock is like 21 or 22? I run mine at 16-17. Not a huge savings but it adds up.
Check the O-rings. You can loose air with worn or bad o rings.
You can find a few bolt kits out there like the Orange bolt or the Evolution bolt but there is not enough advantage to these to make them worth the money. They are difficult to tune right and there's really very little improvement over the stock DM4/5 bolts. Dye pretty much got it right. These are nothing compared to the bolt kits available for the DM3 series guns. The kits are well worth it in the older trixes.
This is all I can think of right now. None of these are really going to save you a lot of air, but in combination they can make a difference. The top hat mod is probably the most effective of the ones listed. I haven't done this to my gun yet, but I already get over 4 and a HALO from a 45/4500.
BTW, don't take matrix advice from EGO poeple. The EGO is a great gun but there's a reason they're "dummy proof" guns. :D You can't break 'em, but you can't do much else to them either.

i'm not an EGO person, but they are more air efficient than most markers out today. and i saw robbie shooting one at practice. that is why i mentioned it.

you should lube the whole gun then turn your LPR and HPR all the way down. then, turn them up little by little (find the sweet spot) and you should at least get 4 pods and a hopper

I know, the EGO's are great guns. Just giving you a hard time. And Robbie will shoot anything he can get his hands on since he doesn't own a gun. Watch your gear bags guys, ewoks are sneaky and not to be trusted!
Sweet-spots only exist in trigger switches and inline regs. You can tune your pressures from low to high, or from high to low, it doesn't really matter as long as you don't go too high. The Mexican kid's way is probably the safer way.
