i just got my vs3 and when i fired it all it did was sound like there was no air
and un-cock it self and i have nitrogen in tank so idk why its doing this

anyone know why its doing this or can tell me how to fix it would be a life saver

try a co2 tank it might have osme effect.... maybe

Are you sure the air is pressurizing the rest of the gun when you screw it in? Sometimes the tank is not supplying enough or any air into the line. Just because it is screwed in does not mean that it is pressurized.

try a co2 tank and if that doesn't work then take it to the shop

shoot paint through it. it should shoot fine. if you have no paint, put a hopper on and put your had in front where the barrel screws in. Then try to shoot it. Spyders and other stacked tube blowback markers need back pressure to work correctly and recock themselves. back pressure= the extra air that is behind the ball pushing it down the barrel. without the air behind the ball, thereis not enough pressure to recock the bolt fully. a hand sealing off the breach works the same way holding enough pressure in the breach to recock the marker. just try it.

This is completely off topic, but I felt the need to comment on this thread. I am very pleased to see there is at least one thread on this forum that was started with an intelligent post and every post thereafter was productive, not at all condesending (sp), and well thought out.
I hope everyone can learn from this thread and continue this trend.
