I have a few Q's about the scenario.. sooo yea...
- What is the entry fee? $20? $65? I heard it was $20 to get in, $45 to get a case of paint.
- Do we have to use field paint? I bought a bag of Chronic from PBC last weekend and thats all I need since I use a Phantom.
- Is there raffle gifts or are the donations strictly for the families for the firemen and/or charities?

yes and to verify for now entry fee $20 all day air $7 paint $45 thats it
EVENT PAINT ONLY (for charity purposes)
then the auction (not raffle) will be an ebay style bidding system with a buy it now price and 100% of that goes to charity
along with the field fees and money from paint

Not quite correct. Event paint is encouraged, any paint (no red fill) is allowed. It is very important to get players on the field and the field fees will go to charity. You can BYOP if needed, but please contribute to the cause if possible.
