Hey there guys, I have sold my '03 dodge ram and picked up an '07 HHR. I no longer need the custom subwoofer I had made for the ram. Here is the description.
This is a completely fiber glass box with a volcanoe top. This box was molded to fit directly in the center console of my '03 ram. You have to remove the pseudo seat that goes over the console and the box slides right in.
The top center console will still fold down for your arm rest and with the top console down the sub is practically hidden. This is a sealed box and will have a Kicker 8" CVR speaker. This is a dual voice coil speaker with these specs:
Sensitivity: 83.1 dB
Frequency Response: 30-500 Hz
Recommended RMS Power: 200W
Peak Power Handling: 400W
Impedance: dual 2 ohms
The top of the volcanoe (exposed area) is covered in black leather grain vinyl. For someone who wants a nice tight bass response in their truck this will work for you. It will not bounce you down the road but it will fill the truck if you amp it right.
Any who, I'm looking for a reloader B in trade for this box. Color is not a concern. If you have something else you might like to trade for this let me know too.
If you have a newer style dodge ram and are interested, please take a picture of your center console and I'll let you know if it will fit.
