No. It worries me as much as my propane grill does. I can't tell you how many night's sleep I have lost thinking of my hamburgers exploding in a ball of flame.

The only thing that scares me about the C3 is the look and feel of it. It almost reminds me of a super soaker 1000 squirt gun...

Doesn't scare me a bit anymore. I used to wet the bed from it though... I got better.

OK i didnt mean scare...but uhhh CONCERN thats the word...i mean deep is right but i just think some kid wont follow instuctions and like leave the tank bleeding out propane in their house...flip a light switch..and boom...i mean I think if you were careful it would be fine
Flip a light switch...no that wouldn't ignite propane, or anything for that matter. I don't know enough about the tanks or gun, I don't know if the tank has a pin valve, though I assume it does, so it wouldn't bleed out anything but what was in the gun...I think it is a good idea, they just need to refine it some more...

The C3 as well as any paintball marker should be used in a proper manner in a supervised place. Even at home. The propane tanks have pin valves, they are perfectly safe if used properly. If all the propane were to leak out of the tank I would imagine the person using it would smell/see/hear it leaking and take action. And by take action I don't mean run through the house lighting matches. Propane will dissipate in time. If it weren't safe when properly used, Tippmann Sports would not try to sell it. They need happy customers with limbs.

Where is Brain when we need him. If anyone could add to this thread it would be him. As far as the kid not following instructions, well the same could be said for so many things in this world that are much more dangerous. Cars, fireworks, matches, HPA tanks, etc.

I do believe that you have forgotten one bit of imformation in your theory.
The peop[le using these guns are the same people that tef tape and or seal up burst disks on CO2 tanks, the same peopole that play ball without masks, and may we not forget the majority of paintball players, "less the perfects" like myself with the " I wonder what would happen if" mentality. If it can happen, it will. I say kudos to Tippman .Consider it a device for thinning the herd if you will. God bless Tippman, and Ross Perot. Wait, ah forget it.
