Use U-substitution to solve. it isn't too hard.

it's simple anytime you are multipying just ones, count out how many and subtract one. this is how many numbers will be in the answer. then you count starting at one until you get to the number that fills the halfway point in how many numbers in your answer, then count back down to one.
Examples:
11*11=121
111*111=12321
and so on you get the picture
