Do you have any idea how much it costs to have a tournament team...I'm not saying don't go do it, it just isn't cheap. First, there is practice, which requires paint...then there are tournament, entry fees, and a lot of paint, hotels, travel. A tourney team is not cheap...and how would you get to each event...a lot are hours away, some even out of state...

I don't think that anyone ever talked down a pump because some of the best players on the field play pump. Not everyone with a pump is a great player though. Good luck starting you own tournaments, where is your field? I'd like to play there!

jim you laugh too much: every post by you has "haha" in it.... but w/e i've never heard anyone talk down pumps except the obnoxious ones that talk smack, and either: 1) get gogged on the break, or 2) call themselves out every time a paintball hits their bunker

I'm going to see if Skeeter and Brain will hold another pump tourny. The last 2 pump tournys were very fun and had a great turnout. There is the South East Pump Tournament Series but they hold tournaments in GA, NC, FL, and AL. They told me they are supposed to make it to SC, but I have no idea when.

well neways I dont think you actually realize that his one person taht will supposedly sponsor your team knows how much it cost to play some real ball. it cost close to 500-700$ a tournament if he wants to pay for everything. so you might want to think about. and having a pump team will be fun but not fun since there is hardly any pump tournments. and back to the subject of guitar masters post I have never seen someone get shot off break in speedball with a pump let alone in woodsball, not to put pumps down or anything but your representing them in a wrong way. thats my 2cents hate as you please...

i hope you are talking about 5-700 for entry fee. 5 man is a lil cheaper like 300 but you are still going to need like 10-15 cases of paint for the team then.

Its deffinatly worth it, sure we have the advantage of being a factory team, so we dont really pay anything, but if you have the money, and the dedicated players, its well worth it, esspecially once you get as far as playing every CFOA, and possibly cup.

We're not required to shoot SP guns, we are only required to carry SP guns on "stage".

alright, its not his ION, lol, its actually jasons, he was just a ringer we had to find real quick because otherwise we would of only had 4 people playing, turned out to be a mistake getting him to play with us :rolleyes: lol
