if it was my house i'd want him to do the same thing. sure, you shouldn't kill someone over property but do you think jail would stop these guys from doing it again?

no, i meant i would want them to just go out and shoot them. not waste there time calling. even if they couldnt see if the person was getting away, just go out and shoot if they had that guys guts....

Well, since he shot them outside of his house and informed the 911 operator prior to going outside that he was going to "kill em" he will more than likely be tried for first degree murder since it was premeditated. If he had not made his intentions known and instead confronted the accused thiefs and shot them he more than likely would have been tried for manslaughter or not tried at all if they were armed.

I applaud this man for wanting to stop people from doing something illegal. Did he go about it correctly.. not really. Do the bad guys deserve to die? Yes! It saves tax payers money :laugh8kb:
Now as far as PBC goes. If someone called me and said they saw someone on the property after the gate is closed there is a good chance the intruder is going to get injured. :growl5cj:

I belive we were all going by the fact that the originator posted:
"Dramatic 911 Call (Killings on Tape)
This 911 call, from a couple of weeks ago in Texas, captures the killings of 2 thieves by a concerned neighbor. You can clearly identify 3 gun shots toward the end of the call."
If they would have posted (Shootings on Tape) I would agree with you.
