are you asking how to change the velocity?
if so theres a screw in the back where the cocking rod goes in, pull the cocking rod out and put a allen key in to change it. screw it to the right to turn it up and to the left to turn it down..

It could be a number of things. First, what has changed since it was working correctly. That is the best place to start. Here is what I would check in order:
1) Make sure your bolt is inserted properly. If it has a hole make sure it is facing down. This is the most common problem.
2) Make sure your reg isn't too high or too low. People often keep adjusting their reg up to increase velocity, and after the sweet spot it will actually start lowering the velocity.
3) Check to make sure your IVG isn't too far in or too far out.
4) If you have changed your springs make sure you have the proper length main spring.
These are the most common and easily fixed problems. If none of that fixes the problem let me know and I can walk you through some more detailed fixes.
