For 159 dollars i could make something twice as functional out of wood and a palmers reg or something. 159 is a good start towards an ION or a shocker or a proto matrix, lol. OR FOR 159 DOLLARS I COULD GET A TIPPMANN 98 CUSTOM WITH SOME CHANGE TO SPARE FOR AN AWESOME PAINTBALL CHARLESTON BARREL PLUG!

if you guys dont know WGP is practically going down the dumps. ever notice the price change in cockers, they used to be well expensive. now they are very "old fashion" people lost interest since planet eclipse stopped supporting cockers and the fact many markers are coming out alot better with less kick for less price. half blocking is a good way to make a cocker real good but still not worth the price. now Budd Orr is trying to make a last attempt to keep them selves alive. althought they are still the fastest mechs, there are better electronic guns of the same price. wrath, ion, promaster, etc. and plus ever notice NOOBS get richer and richer. when i first played i barely had enough money for paint. now noobs got money for ions, etc. autocockers are also very hard to maintain for a noob. even the freaking smallest parts for the cockers are expensive. a new 3 way reaches up to 100's of dollars.

back on topic, didnt WGP do summin like this i think about 1-2 years ago with their i think Ranger or summin, it was a blowback, just like this one.

Well first off enen though he isn't the best guy, Budd Orr is no longer affiliated with WGP, he is just a name now, and doesn't work or do much of anything for them.

Secondly yes WGP did produce a twin tube blow-back called the BOSS, (Budd Orr Signature Series) which didn't last long.

The new markers coming out made by them are marketing to the people who aren't into the sport yet...even though I hate them, it is a cheap alternative to bring people into the sport, so it's doing good and bad...

I second what Koz said. And I'll argue that the cockers are not the "fastest mechs" markers out there. I seem to remember some company called AGD with a marker that can shoot some 31 balls per second without shootdown... Can't for the life of me think what that was called...

Oh yeah, a freaking AUTOMAG.

Though I have huge respect for cockers, to lay fingers on them they aren't the FASTEST things available in the mechanical model:)

Back on topic though. Budd Orr is just a figure head, he just drives around on motorcycles all day and says cockers are great. He's PWND by K2, just like Bob Long's soul belongs to National Paintball Supply/Empire/32degrees/psychoballistics/paintballgear.com/Indian Creek Design/ and whatever else cool labels have been sucked up by the giant and turned to crap.

Corporate paintball is bad paintball. If you're getting something at a great price, its probably not worth your money.

i think thats just you......some are pretty nice and id buy it if i had the money to, such as the karni but i have a 'cocker now and i wudnt buy another one unless it had eyes because they chop like crazy....well at least mine does.....my 'cocker was broken when i went on sunday so i used my tippmann and i shot more people with that than the 'cocker......just my opinion......
