What do you have to do to be a volunteer?
Is there any special qualification of something?

no...
all u do (if you dont already have a orange,red, or yellow shirt) is go to PBC, go to the box and ask for a vest or a orange shirt. go to the head ref,hes the guy with a horn and calls the rounds, adn u say your a volunteer and he says ok.
the only qualification i would tyhink would be over 10?

and you cant be scared of getting shot i volunteered and i got shot more than when i play sometimes :)

how do you become an official referee? I have to get a license and be 15, right?

You have to volunteer a bunch of times and prove to a head ref that you are qualified to get paid for Refing. Once you have accomplished this you need to go through a ref certification class that is only given by Skeeter and they are not given that often. If you pass that, then you will be able to get scheduled to work. It is hard and not the most fun at times, but it is very rewarding when you have people thank you for the fun time they had at the field.

dugan i have been volunteering for over a year now haha, but im also not 15 yet. but yeh you have to volunteer for a long time, while volunteering work your butt off to get the attention of the head ref

yah. but jimbo I dont believe that you have voulanteered for over a year considering I have only been at pc for about 1 1/2 years and have volounteered a lot and never seen you. but I could be wrong.

I volunteered for over a year, every other weekend give or take.... then stopped when I found out I had to be 15 to be on staff.

yeh crunk actually i did.. i had a eradicator and just decided to ref 1 day cuz my eradictor sucked! but ask fat matt me and used to ref together he should member me...
but i stopped like for 4 months last year cuz of mono but me and skeeter have talked so im getting my hours in as a volunteer.
