i highly doubt it. there is usally a charge per person, not per team.

but you can call the store 843-552-1115 and they can answer that question to be sure.

If they keep the sheets you fill out they can check those. And they can reconize. If the rule is true then they probably meant regulars when they said locals.

You have to get the medic card and the white medic arm tape from your General on Friday night or Saturday morning.Be sure to attend the player briefing on Saturday morning for all the game information.

Not because I don't like the rain, but paint does not tend to go straight in the rain. Not good if you are shooting pump. Plus, I like shooting my impulse sometimes too. It does not like water.

Anyone know what paint they are going to sell?

its on the map. I cant recall the website. Anyway, Restov (actually its spelled Rostov, sorry just being nit picky) is the German base and Stalingrad (which is now Volgograd...damn me and my PC!) is the Russian base. I took some time to actually read up a little about this battle. Did you know that the Battle of Stalingrad was the bloodiest battle of human history with an estimated 1.8 million casualities? Thats ridiculous! Sorry for the grim histroy lesson.

I suspect they won't sell paint until Saturday though, to keep people from knowing the shell and fill colors. It's a shame they would have to do that, to protect themselves. People should just buy their paint from PBC and not try to sneek in the cheap stuff. It will happen, just hope they are caught. It sucks to call yourself out for a hit, then realize you were hit with the wrong color paint. I'm still out, just wish I could ID the person that did it and report to refs.

You can use your leftover paint on regular rec and rec speedball dates.Although, with 800 players, you should not have any leftovers.

they also keep the paint in a temp controlled storage unit or truck, that way when it gets down in the 20's you dont have to worry about cold brittle paint in the morning

Aint that the truth. I was freezing my a$$ off in the morning when we had the safety briefing. The head guy was longwinded but was very passionate about the game and paintball, so i don't mind freezing my toes off for that.:laugh8kb: Well so far the Gremans are doing great. The last i know we finished every mission except 1, correct me if im wrong. So yeah we are owning! Hopefully the Russians cant catch up over night. I'll have to wait till tomorrow to see what the points are. But all in all this scenerio has been fun and everyone is playing hard on both sides.

Ok, the long answer first.
Give them time to go through the pictures. When we take pictures of an event (Junkie, Chappy, Me, others) we often take MANY MANY pictures of an event. You folks just don’t know. I know myself and Junkie have had events where we've taken over 3k pics at about 5-10 megs a piece. :shocked7fl: That's about 30 gigs of photos. From a single event. By one person.
After we take a break (we run around as well), we begin the fun of post processing. In most cases every photo is looked at. Over half will be deleted immediately. Out of focus, no clear subject, Jokers junk is showing from under his kilt, pictures of the ground... So now were only down to 1500 photos, another round of checks. Hmm, duplicates, hot happy with color/exposure, Pshop work etc. Lets call it 800 photos for a big event make it past all the cuts. Now I have 800 photos around 10 megs each. I need to reduce them in size to the 700-1meg mark. that takes a few hours even automated. Then we need to put them on the server. That takes a bit. Ever try downloading a full length movie on a slower connection? Remember you don’t get total control of the server so the more people cruising through pbjunkie.com the slower it'll take. Now, photos are on the server Junkie is notified, and he has to start the Data basing on his machine. This usually takes a couple hours. Finally after all this, the Gallery is ready to be viewed. 5-800 photos strong, pictures of you and you friends having fun. Then you ask the question. yup. That one. Can I get a better copy of this random photo of me. :oo7dt: Aint going to happen kid. not unless junkie likes you and wants to waste an hour or three looking for that one specific photo...

Now the short answer.
Give them a few days kid, it takes time. Patience.
