I was just wondering if you can put the Trilogy series internals into a regular autococker body without any major modifications. thanks....

They should be able to fit in another autococker body.

hammer will fit...
the valve wont.
trilogy valve is an 11/16 size in diameter. a normal autococker valve is only 7/16 i wanna say.

Agreed, the valve, if I recall correctly, is the same as a merlin. Casey can probably confirm this fact.
The valve would therefore be held in place by the valve retaining screw and not have the lug (needing the special valve tool). Should be easier to remove it, but harder to find a replacement.
