Actually vist is good you just need to know how to use it.

First find the picture you want, right click it and click save picture

Then you go and register on something like www.photobucket.com and upload the picture there.

Then once you have uploaded it there copy and paste the IMG Code from under the picture and copy it into 'instert image'
