My brother is real big into imports and has dealed with alot of shops and people around charleston, AV Engineering, Showzone, R&D, and GSC. I think he had the best experience at GSC Motorsports , but like I said he knows alot of people and usually does everything himself. He's owned plenty of civics, a 240sx, and a rx7 so I think he knows his imports.

Not trying to revive a dead thread, but:
Wouldn't endorse "Show Zone". They (historically) have been all about the show, and not so much "go"...
If you want neon or chrome (or a big heavy spoiler that will slow you down), then they would probably be fine. What sort of car? If you are running a Porsche or BMW, then you should check with Paul Cadd. They have REAL tuner shop in West Ashley. By REAL, I mean they build REAL race cars (24 hours of Daytona sort of cars). Not sure what they do for street cars, but they know how to make real race cars go fast.

Sweet. Now I know where to go to get my car tuned. Still holding off on my turbo build, till the summer. Plan on making 250WHP at 8-10 PSI. Still need to get rid of my ricey bumper, and other crap.

It's my DD, so no need for that much speed. Just want to smoke the other riced out civics and stock evo's (But they have traction on their sides). I mainly want it for the enjoyment.

as far as showzone is concerned there good just dont walk into that shop thinking your some big shot because they will look at you like your a retard.. and theyare not about the show and no go skeeter >< i have been there on many occasions and seen some very big numbers unvealed out of some wicked cars. i know there nothing like european road and racing on rivers. but there one of your best bets as far as a close local tuner shop is concerned.depending on your eclipse if its gst or just fwd there dyno can handle either. when you go talk to ryan at the front dest hes the smart ass just deal with him good guy. skate is the owner of the shop one of the showzone drifters.. many people rag on showzone. but they speak what they here from other people form your own opinion not taking the saddle of someone elses.
