I was wondering to get a few opinions on pants...right now im wearin c6's, and they are just tooo hot, but i like the padding, so im looking for a pant thats kinda a mix, ive only wore dye pants so i really dont know about jts or protos, but im lookin at silver jt's or olive 06 protos, so i was wondering if neone had either of these and wanted to comment on them, i think i like the jts more, but i just wanna see what other people who wear them think


btw, how do jts run, if im a 31-32, i was thinkin about a 34, so is that about right? (for bagginess)

Go for the JT pants. Look at what most of the people are wearing on the sb field and you will see a lot of JT. 34 should work.

i saw these in tampa up close and personal. very nice. but if you dont pre-order them, you wont get them for $100.
they were making 3000 pairs, and the guy said 2500 were pre-sold. mainly to stores ordering a couple hundred pairs.
the good news is they were supposed to be shipping THIS WEEK if you pre-ordered them.
we'll see what people think. i didnt like the design too much. much like the new draxxus pants. i didnt like those at all. and so did everyone else. too many problems with ripping. we will see how the xsv pants hold up.

I went with proto's with no padding. I tear myself up sliding, but stay cool.

if u lookin for pants that are NOT then u dont want JT's they are hotter than anything...this is y u hardly see me in my camo 1's...too hot im savin them till fall...

yes i have. they are no where near as comfortable as the dye and jt's. real thick material. dont know if its cooler/hotter though. bought them at cup last year and sold them in january. i didnt like them at all.

you should also check out the new planet eclipse pants. i saw these at tampa and was impressed. very nice. just have to wonder if they will hold up.

also you have to ask yourself : do you want padding/protection/bounces? or do you want a cooler (temp.wise) pair of pants?
you have to sacrifice one for the other. the jt's are padded way better than the dye protos, but may be hotter. its a give/take situation.
(but i would go with the jt's)
