No, all speakers are wired.
I forgot to mention that it does have optical input for sound. This is the cleanest sound delivery system you will find. Fiber optics.
LMk if you are interested and I could meet up w/ you maybe friday if saturday doesn't work for you.

Masa I will check this evening on the wattage.
Gaven, the receiver has numerous inputs and outputs. So quick answer yes you can easily hook a 5-disc CD player. I will take a picture of the rear panel this evening.
