Holla amigos!
I'm looking for a super high pressure inline reg for a mag. I have a 1200 psi ninja reg and wanted to know if there was a hpr that wouldn't lower that to much, no less the 800.
also what is the max pressure macro line can handle? is 1200 psi getting to the area that braided steel line MUST be used? thanks for the help. I need to shoot more faces at SC village!
p.s How is everyone? :confused1bb:

whats up ???
long time no see.
i would call geoff at the store and ask. you dont find too many people running a reg on a mag.
and my opinion on the macro line is simple. on my 2 mags, i used stainless regardless of what pressure. and trust me, i wasnt running anywhere near 1200psi.
if you can get the stainless lines, i would use them.
take care.

also, 1200psi going into the mag wont hurt it. it WILL help it RT better.
i dont think a hpr will help you out any. seems that most regulate down from around 800psi to most markers operating pressures. dont know how it would work choking down 1200psi down to 800 though.

It is purely for aesthetics. I like having a fore grip and i hate having the line run behind my firing hand. With the 1200 psi I didn't want some jenkie gas thru grip to explode in my hand if i hit it on something. It has braided line right now but I wanted to run the macro line differently.
As for whats up, The wife, baby, and I have recently moved down to the LA area. Ive been doing a LOT of downhill biking and racing. That has been fun except for when I fell at the Sea Otter Classic and broke 2 ribs. I sold all my other paintball gear before we moved and now im like 20 mins away from SC village so i figured I needed a mag to keep it real. Found a OG 1996 black bodied minimag with all its stars so i picked it up!

if you just want it for looks, get any reg, and take the guts out. use it as a gas thru.
or pick up a cp gas thru grip.

I agree with Joey. I personally would not put an hpr on a mag unless it was for aesthetics like you mentioned. The gutless reg would be basically the same as a standard gas through grip and I can't imagine those gas through grips wouldn't be able to take that pressure. I ran a couple of them NitroDuck adjustable screw in tanks wide open into my mags and they always did A-Okay.
Did you for real go to Storage Wars auction? I'm addicted to that show but can't stand Dave. Or any of them except Brandy. She can auction on my locker any time.

Yeah thats kind of my new thing! I will be at 2 today, thursday, the company is : http://www.americanauctioneers.com/
I have yet to see any of the main peeps but when they are not there i feel like I could get a better deal. When the cameras are on the prices sore! I will get a pic with Brandi for ya! I will try to lick her cheek! They are only like 20 mins away from where we live (Now and then thrift store, Orange Ca). Its a lot of fun and some good stuff is sold! the one I posted pics of on face book was from Beverly hills and they had AMAZING stuff up for grabs!
My mag will be beast. know that.
