hey guys my name is Matt Hoskins and im 14(almost 15) and as the title says im looking for a JOB!(cough! maybe a ref at PBC cough!) so if anyone who has a job that i can become an employee at that be great
PS: at least a try lol

first to ref you have to come out and voulenteer, then if skeeter and brain think you're up to it, you'll be invited to ref school. if you pass the test( mad easy if you pay attention) then you will be a certified paintball charleston referee. they are always taking voulenteers and just talk to skeeter to get all the specifics.

The paid ref spots typically go to those who show initiative. Most of us who are or were refs in the past reffed for free for quite some time. I was surprised the first time Skeeter offerred to pay me to ref. I had been reffing for free for a couple of years. It was just my way of giving back to the field.

you have to ref more than a few times, and work realllly hard when your volunteerin, go the extra mile and get the certified refs to notice you, then you will be looked at.

We only bring in the refs that we know and trust. Once you prove to be "worthy", we can start the official process. The best way to earn a ref slot is to volunteer for a while, so that we can learn to trust you, and respect your work ethic.
The best part of this, is that we (the refs) can pick our own co-workers. We only pick the people that we want to work with AND like. Slackers, bad attitudes, grumpy or messy people or donut hogs don't get invited... Just kidding about the donut hog thing... kinda.
