you wrote it as a statement. saying you were buying one. i, also, did not understand that you were trying to see if someone would sell you one.
next time try typing something like this...
"I am interested in buying a 72ci 3000psi nitro tank. or a 4500psi tank. i have around $50-80 to spend. if you have one you would be willing to sell me, please let me know."
